Who should apply?
In general, any curious person above 18 can apply for our trainings.
However, because we are using our Young Leader Trainings as a platform to recruit staff for our companies and partners, we usually prefer candidates who fit into our open job positions, which currently are:

--> 👩🏾💻 IT Person / Software Engineer
--> 👩🏽💻 Video Editor / Content Creator
--> 👨🏼🌾 Gardener / Permaculture Designer
--> 🧑🏿🍳 Head Chef
--> 💂🏽♂️ Security Guard
--> 👩🏾⚖️ Lawyer / Commissioner of Oaths
--> 👩🏾⚖️ Lawyer / Commissioner of Oaths

That means we prefer young candidates who are NOT currently enrolled in university and who are NOT currently working. Most of our top candidates just finished their final year of university. However, that does not mean you shouldn't apply if you you are still in university. We had some extraordinary candidates who study at university and got a job offer afterwards which they could work at alongside to their studies.
